As the senior pastor and shepherd of Regeneration Church since 2009, Pastor Datron Davis is best known for his no-nonsense, real, raw, and relatable style of teaching and ministry, which allows him to reach the lost right where they are. Through his signature high-energy preaching and exhortation, Pastor Datron is effectively on track to lead a Christ-centered revolution that deeply impacts individuals and families across multiple generations. 

Having served as a principal son of the Destiny Outreach Ministry Association under the late Bishop Ben Gibert, Pastor Datron continued his service as a bridge minister to assist leaders and pastors excel in the call of God on their lives. Recognized for his spiritual mentorship, as well as his keen prophetic and strategic insight to ministry, community, and business leaders, Pastor Datron had the honor to serve on the committee for The Call Detroit under Evangelist Lou Engle.

Passionate about the region he has been called to, he strives to implement a great vision to help meet the needs of the people in his neighborhood. Furthering his reach, he proudly serves as the executive leader of Regeneration’s non-profit, Harvest Pointe. Serving in ministerial leadership in the city of Detroit for more than 25 years, Pastor Datron carries a burden for ministry leaders and invests in the development of ministers, pastors, and their teams. Pastor Datron and his beautiful wife, LeAnn, have been married for 25 years and have three beautiful, gifted children: LeDai (23), Datron, Jr. (22), and Daylen (20).

While many are called, few are chosen. As a beacon of hope, healing and love for many, Executive Pastor LeAnn Davis is best known for coaching men and women of all ages into their destiny assignment. On a mission to ensure that God’s people live a life of freedom and fulfillment, she believes wholeheartedly that human capital is greater than any material currency one can acquire. From ministering soul salvation, healing and deliverance to business development and organizational leadership, Pastor LeAnn is making a major impact in ministry and the marketplace. Her most recent community endeavor is the opening of Sow'n Seeds, an academic latchkey that focuses on improving the academic outcomes of middle school students through after-school care.

Serving alongside the love of her life, Pastor Datron, Pastor LeAnn has led as Executive Pastor of Regeneration Church since its inception in 2009. Serving in ministry, the community, and occupational leadership in the city of Detroit for more than 20 years, she has been a pivotal force in board rooms, bible studies, and conferences of all sizes around the nation. Operating heavily in a teacher's anointing in most aspects of ministry and service, her gifts for organizational leadership, educational development, and mentoring and counseling are unmatched. Assisting with administration, women's ministry, and Kingdom Education, to name a few, Pastor LeAnn also serves as co-founder of a Kingdom Advancement Initiative, Harvest Pointe. This nonprofit organization services the community in the areas of education and mentoring, youth and family services, health and wellness, and food insecurity. 

A graduate of Wayne State University, Pastor LeAnn holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education, with a minor in Speech Communication, and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She’s faithfully served as an educator in the Metro Detroit Area for more than nine years—leaving an impact on the marketplace and ministry that cannot be erased. Pastor LeAnn has been joyfully married to Pastor Datron for 25 years, and they have three beautiful children: LeDai (23), Datron, Jr. (22), and Daylen (20).
